俄羅斯舉兵入侵烏克蘭一個半月以來，烏克蘭多座城市淪為廢墟，俄軍慘無人道的暴行頻傳。《烏克蘭獨立報》記者拉巴提娜（Anastasiia Lapatina）要同情俄國者與歐盟議員注意到，烏克蘭婦女、未成年女孩男孩被俄軍污辱，而北約此時還在想「不要挑釁俄羅斯」。

「11歲的布查鎮男孩在他母親面前被強暴，媽媽遭綑綁，被迫目睹這一切；14歲布查鎮女孩被5個俄羅斯軍人輪姦後，發現自己懷孕；20歲的女子以各種方式遭到性侵。」

烏克蘭公民自由中心負責人馬特維奇克（Oleksandra Matviichuk）貼文指出，6歲男童帶著食物與罐頭，來到墳前，裡面埋葬的是餓死的母親。

烏克蘭前駐奧地利大使外交官謝爾巴（Olexander Scherba）推文指出，親俄的烏克蘭政治人物札夫斯基（Olexander Rzhavsky）拒絕給俄羅斯軍人倒酒之後，在自宅當場被擊斃。據了解，札夫斯基是烏克蘭2004年的總統選舉候選人，也是烏克蘭前議員，從不隱瞞親近俄羅斯總統普丁的立場。

「ukraine_world」發布推文，指出烏克蘭哈爾科夫州小鎮胡薩里夫卡（Husarivka）俄軍撤退以後，警方在民宅看到殘缺不全的遺體，包含兒童斷肢，這些屍體有焚化過的痕跡。

烏克蘭駐愛沙尼亞大使貝塔莎（Mariana Betsa）4日發布照片，三歲小女孩遺體全裸，堆疊在家人屍體旁邊，生前疑似遭到性侵。

《ABC》新聞記者榮曼（James Longman）表示，53歲烏克蘭男子米寇拉（Mykola）與妻子在布查鎮的地下室住了1個月。俄羅斯軍人會一一檢查人們證件、要求脫光衣服，只要他們感到任何不對勁將「必死無疑」。所有50歲以下男人被殺。

兩個朋友在眼前被擊斃，還有一人因手榴彈身體炸成滿地屍塊。從地下室出來後，他埋葬了友人，希望野狗不要來啃食遺體。

《英國廣播公司》（BBC）採訪在紮波羅熱（Zaporizhzhia）的烏克蘭難民，他們表示，俄軍宣稱要解放烏克蘭，事實上是馬里烏波爾（Mariupol）變成墳場，一次空襲後地面留下7公尺的巨坑。有人躲在地下室因此倖免於難，另有婦女精神崩潰而自盡。還有超過12萬烏克蘭兒童被帶到俄羅斯。
