英國皇家海軍麾下的航空母艦伊莉莎白女王號（HMS Queen Elizabeth，R08）打擊群已在26日通過新加坡海峽。伊莉莎白女王號官方推特指出：「向新加坡揮手致意！很高興從海上眺望這座宏偉的城市。」

北京大學海洋研究所主持的「南海戰略態勢感知」（SCS Probing Initiative，SCSPI）指出，25日中午在麻六甲海峽發現伊莉莎白女王號。預計伊莉莎白女王號將持續往南海航行，9月抵達日本。

伊麗莎白女王號結束了與印度海軍的軍演後，驅逐艦保衛者號和鑽石號，護衛艦里士滿號、肯特號，綜合補給艦維多利亞堡號、油水補給艦泰德斯普林號，以及機警號核潛艇等軍艦均隨行前往南海。
